Working overtime to revamp the entire app

Recently, we also shared that we have decided to package more items and do a soft launch starting this May (2021). We plan to have a larger rollout by September 2021. As we mentioned in our recent email, to meet our timetable, we have hired: 2 product designers (previously 1), 5 UI/UX staff (previously 1), 5 back-end developers (previously 2), and other support personnel to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
One of the reasons you would want to continue to support this movement is that you would be grandfathered into most of the current options we offer, except for a few tweaks here or there. This allows you to save and get access to an even more powerful system.

Shared short codes
In June 2019, we alerted you to increased carrier filtering of messages sent with shared shortcodes as well as our current workarounds. Now, it seems the industry (particularly AT&T) is on the move again, allowing you to send bulk messages through the local, 10-digit number similar to what Verizon has done.
Though the move to introduce A2P options is welcomed, their position of not supporting shared shortcodes has added some complications for us and for you.
