Previously
Users were merging profiles in CCB. However, after a PastorsLine — CCB resync, those profiles were appearing as unmerged.
Now
We have revised the PastorsLine code to fix this situation. Merged CCB profiles should stay merged after PL–CCB resyncs.
To make sure of this, users are now required to add the CCB API service (merged_individuals).
