The criteria for matching duplicate contacts is: first name / last name / phone number / email.

The PastorsLine–PCO integration works a little bit differently to our other integrations. As a result, a blank phone number (no phone number) was causing false positive duplicates.

Our team has fixed this situation.

Now, we take the phone number out of the equation as needed.
