Now let’s take a moment to consider our first-time guests. They are checking us out, perhaps a bit nervously. Maybe some of them may not have been to church in a while or have never been to church. We want to make their first experience with us superlative.
Thing is, in our enthusiasm to engage with our guests, we might come on too strong, especially in our capture of their personal information.
Naturally, we want to get their contact data, so we can follow-up and start building strong relationships to move them from guest to friend to family.
