We are so excited to share with you our newest integration. PastorsLine now integrates with The Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) Church Management Software (ChMs)!

This integration means all of your Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) contacts and all of your lists can automatically sync to your PastorsLine account!

With this integration, we make it easy for you to text any of your Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) contacts—and even text an entire list all at once! You can schedule texts in advance, use templates, send photos, personalize your texts with merge fields like first and last name, and connect with your church members even better—all from a local number that you pick!

Additionally, soon you will be able to capture new contacts using our famed Digital Connect Texts or manually add people to groups in PastorsLine and have those contacts synced back to the Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) ChMS app. Think: capturing new guest information via text or grouping people who RSVP for an event into groups. And not to worry about duplicate data—we will run new contacts through our “smart syncing” module, ensuring that we only sync new contacts and let you decide what to sync if we find any duplicates.

To ensure that our application works for a wider audience, you are being invited to help us Beta Test this integration at no risk to you or your data.

You will have complete control over what we sync. If you ever want to opt out, you can disable the integration, and all your Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) lists and contacts will be automatically removed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can this replace the built-in texting applications that Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) offer for volunteer reminders and other messaging needs?

At this time, no. There isn’t a way for us to integrate with that functionality. We know the built-in SMS works really well for volunteer workflows and other quick needs, but even Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) would admit it’s not a true, 2-way communication for mass personalized engagements. If you are already using the Tithely ChMS (Elvanto)’s SMS for volunteer follow-up, you would continue to do so without impact.

So why would I even consider your integration, you may ask?

In Tithely ChMS (Elvanto), data is captured via a form. On PastorsLine, it is captured via text message—easier for you and your subscribers. So, capture the data on PastorsLine, and send it back to MC.

You can use the data capture (FKA autoresponder) feature to
instantly capture new data via text and push
that info into a Tithely ChMS (Elvanto) group immediately. E.g.
first and last names, emails, birthdays, phone
