Choose the quantity of numbers you need based on the size and scope of your church. Smaller ministry? One mobile number for both text and voice might be sufficient. Sending out large numbers of bulk texts simultaneously? Use several numbers, so you don't get flagged by the carriers for ‘spamming’. International numbers give churches with a global reach a more local feel for members abroad.
Give staff access only to the numbers they need for greater efficiency and security—especially important when using our multiuser and/or multicampus feature(s). For example, ministries with many staff members can have a number for each team or leader.
Keep track of all your numbers. The PastorsLine Numbers Summary screen displays all of your unique PastorsLine numbers at a glance. We haven’t lost one yet! Also, you can filter your PastorsLine Inbox(es) by number—receive only the conversations relevant to staff using that number.
