Our Automation feature lets you
Setup evergreen campaigns based on a specific date (Dec. 20) or a timer based on the number of days, hours or minutes elapsed (7 days since last message). Set the campaign once, and let it run. Whether it is first-time guests, attendees to your recent Easter weekend or volunteers for an upcoming event, automation means you can keep in touch as often as needed because you’ve set it all up in advance (when you had the time).
Schedule date-based series of messages (Automated Message [AM] Campaign) in one interface such as 21-day prayer, 40-day lent or 7-day devotional. A person joining the campaign on Day 3 will get only the messages from Day 3 onward.
Link one AM Campaign to another via keywords. For example, the last message of your VBS follow-up AM Campaign says something like, “To continue your child’s church Bible fun, text BIBLEKIDS to (phone number--if different from the one of the current AM Campaign). This will bring them to the AM Campaign you have set up for your ongoing, kids Bible study group.
Add people to a different AM Campaign when using one of our PastorsLine integrations. Easily automate your workflows with overnight or on-demand syncing from the external apps you already use, send messages automatically and avoid the issues with human errors and human effort.
View at which stage each person has reached in an AM Campaign, so you can follow up as needed.
Include people from data capture into an AM Campaign at a later time via a process queue.
Manually add contacts to AM Campaigns as necessary.
