Our Data Capture feature lets you
Capture important relationship-building, contact information such as first name, last name, email and birthdate.
Personalize your texting by inserting fields such as [first name]. This means that even a bulk text will feel more 1-to-1 since each person’s text begins with his or her name: Hi there, Jason.
View where your contacts are in any given signup process and resend some of the stages to encourage them to finish. Let’s say you have asked people interested to text ‘VBS’ to your PastorsLine number. You can monitor things by viewing all the people who have responded and where they are in your autoresponder series: Have they signed up? Great! Have they just texted ‘VBS’ but not gotten further? You can send them a personal text to follow up or perhaps resend one of the data captures texts to jog their memory.
Sync your data capture (Text-to-Join) group with External apps. With our external integrations, you can set it up so that all those who opt into your PastorsLine group will also be added to most of our external apps—no need to enter the information again. Timesaver, right?
