We have a major update regarding our real video texting feature that allows you to record a 25-second video and send it as a text message without requiring internet to play. As we discussed previously, this is a great way to enhance communication by sending weekly devotions, event reminders, worship session clips, sermon highlights, and other ministry updates via video that recipients can view offline.

However, until now, sending these video attachments required manually scheduling each message. With this new update, you can attach videos to campaigns and automate real video texting when someone fills out a form, triggers keywords, etc. This significantly increases options for guest follow-ups, new member outreach, classes, and other communications without re-recording videos every week.

This feature is available for the following campaigns: Automated Messages, Data Capture, and SMS Birthday. Now you can send real video attachments as part of your campaigns. This allows you to automate sending personalized videos as per your campaign frequency: every day, every week, etc. This is great for new guest follow-up: your guests text a keyword and they receive a personal welcome.

In summary, this update allows seamlessly marrying of automation with the power of real video texting to increase engagement without repeatedly lifting a finger. It’s an impactful new capability pairing automation and video to communicate with your audience.
