Scheduling messages is a simple yet substantial way to improve your time management. When you have the time, you create and schedule the messages you know you must have. Then, the messages go out automatically as needed.

Once you have typed something into the message box, the Send button will turn purple. This means it is now active. In the left-hand image, notice the arrow to the right side of the Send button. When you hover on it, the tooltip reads More Options. Click on the arrow to reveal the Schedule Message option.
