3 Tools (+ Bonus) to Help
Imagine consolidating all of your email addresses into one Inbox, sharing one email for all the staff, volunteers and departments within your church. All of your emails and communications would be centralized; everybody would see everything, and everyone would be in the loop. This would be a much more efficient way to work - said no one ever!
Tool #1: Our multi-user feature allows you to add as many different users to your account as you need to help spread the workload.
You can limit the number of credits you allocate your users each month, easily add or subtract credits from their accounts, or restrict them to texting certain groups only. You can even assign them to a specific phone number as well! Listen to how Kristen Waddle from Nebo Crossing Church plans to use multiple users in the coming weeks.
This multi-user feature helps filter out the Inbox, so users only see what they need to see - which leads me into our next solution: using multi-numbers!
Tool #2: With multi-numbers, you can add as many phone numbers to your account as you want!
This allows you to assign users their own dedicated number or share a number between multiple users. When the user logs in, they will only see messages sent to the number you have assigned them. As an Admin, you have full access to all the phone numbers and can view all of the messages at once, or you can filter the messages by phone number. In this way, we allow you to have a complete overview of all the phone numbers and activity associated with each number but still allow the users the convenience of seeing only the messages they need to see.
Tool #3: Another way we help you “end Inbox madness” is through our multi-campus feature.
This allows you to add multiple organizations, divisions or campuses and have them all linked together, so you can quickly switch between accounts. One of the benefits of this feature is that each campus is allowed to run independently of the others. You can add multiple users, multiple numbers, and because they are separate accounts, each campus has its own billing and plan. You can also use the same keywords across all the campuses for consistency!

Take the keyword ‘GUEST’ as an example. You can add the keywords ‘GUEST’, ‘GUESTS’, ‘GUESS’, or even catch that person who never listens and texts something totally off like ‘VISITOR’ when you clearly said the keyword was ‘GUEST’. You know that happens. Well now you can catch even that person!

The text message bible study invites are working great. We saw a huge increase from 5-6 to 10-12 and the numbers stayed consistent.
By using the same phone number for texting and calling you get people to remember your phone number. When it comes the time that are ready to reach out to us they know the phone number.
The land line is more familiar with our congregation. When we texted from the other number, some would inquire about who was sending the text as the number was unfamiliar, and we did not use it frequently, so by the time we sent another text, some had forgotten the number.
