The screen on the left shows the guest’s experience as they are
walked through the Digital Connect Text process.
The screen on the right is what you would see as they go
through this process. Everything is automatic and instant—while
still keeping that personal touch which is so important in
building relationships!
As you can see, the guest’s Name and Email information is automatically collected and a new profile is created for them. (A bonus if you use a Church Management Software we currently integrate with like Church Community Builder or Planning Center).
After they have completed the auto data capture, your guests can also be automatically entered into an Automated Messages (AM) Campaign that you have created, and the guest follow-up process can begin!

Personalize your texting by inserting fields such as [first name]. This means that even a bulk text will feel more 1-to-1 since each person’s text begins with his or her name: Hi there, Jason.

View where your contacts are in any given signup process and resend some of the stages to encourage them to finish. Let’s say you have asked people interested to text ‘VBS’ to your PastorsLine number. You can monitor things by viewing all the people who have responded and where they are in your autoresponder series: Have they signed up? Great! Have they just texted ‘VBS’ but not gotten further? You can send them a personal text to follow up or perhaps resend one of the data captures texts to jog their memory.
