What’s New?

With this new feature, you can interact directly with automated phone systems (phone trees) from within the PastorsLine app. For instance, you are in PastorsLine and make a call to another church. You want to speak with Pastor John. You hear an automated message saying, “Press 1 for Pastor John”. Now, you can simply press the numbers on your screen instead of having to use your phone’s physical keypad.

How Does It Work?

1. Make a Call: Start by making a call through the PastorsLine app as usual.
2. Automated Prompts: When you encounter an automated system that requires you to press a number, click on the Keypad icon.
3. Press the Numbers: Tap the number you need right from the PastorsLine keypad. It’s that easy!

Why Is This Useful?

• More Calling Options: In addition to your phone, you can use your laptop or desktop device to make a call.
