Q: I synced our list, but the numbers don't match. What's going on?

The numbers may not match for a number of reasons. There are more people than expected: We currently sync any profile from your PCO list(s) whether or not the person has a phone number. There are fewer people than expected: There are a number of reasons why this can happen. For example: (1) Some of your people may be 'hidden'. In other words, they are not being sent messages because they were removed from the group, archived, or blocked. (2) Another situation might be people who are pending to be added to a particular list. I searched group text messaging with integration for PCO, which we just started using at the end of last year.
