The PastorsLine ‘smart syncing’ feature for integrations makes ‘send immediately’ obsolete.
Previously: As soon as new contacts entered our system, we synced them with the integration. If the contact names were missing, we added placeholders.
Currently: We no longer sync new contacts immediately with the integration. We now wait for confirmation of their contact details before syncing those new contacts.
