Short code keyword error
When you turn off your PastorsLine shared short code number subscription, any short code keywords you have been using will no longer work. If any of your people use one of these keywords, they will receive the following error message from your long code (10-digit) number:
Alert&Msg Service: Unrecognized command/keyword or took too long to respond. Pls check spelling. Reply STOP to opt-out / HELP for help
Of course, it is not a spelling issue but rather that your people are trying to use a short code keyword which no longer works. You may wish to let your people know which keywords they should no longer use.
