There is a new voice broadcast module. This article will show you how to access it from Inbox 1.0 or from within the HUB.

Update #2

We’ve gotten feedback about the delay between when a contact answers the call and when the system plays the voice broadcast message. Even though the delay is only 3 seconds, some people are feeling that this is too long.

Here is our solution: Call Screening Greeting. You will find the explanation in Step 3 (Edit your settings).
